Your Bee Balm should include 2 applicators in case one breaks for any reason. If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (support@mybeebalmco.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buythe replacement packs.

These are by far the best lip balms ,I have ever purchased and invested on . I will continue to buy more flavors as they come along. They leave your lips so hydrated . I have also discovered and learned that the more you keep your lips moisturized and hydrated by adding lip balms you prevent from cold sores from occuring. Waking up in the morning are My lips appear and feel soooo supple and so soft. I carry one in each of my purses. I will continue to purchase more. I do not use the sticks because I feel like it ruins the lip balm inside the pot so I use my finger to smooth it on my lips. I wish it did have a little bit of flavor to them. According to the scent, it's worth the price. I love my bee balm!! It really helps my lips from drying, cracking and feeling horrible. You see, I am often in the hospital due to illness. I use a bi-pap machine while I'm there. That always leaves my lips very dry and with skin peeling off. However, not when I use my bee balm. It help my lips stay moist, soft and smooth. I also enjoy all the different flavors. I keep several on hand at all times. I don't use anything else. I highly recommend this!!

I love how it feels on my lips and when it starts wearing off, I can still feel it working not to mention it's actually good for your lips, and how I love what it comes in and with the 2 applicators..I've just seen nothing like it. I got the honey first, you can put lipstick over it but I don't need to that anymore, not with this. I have a lot of the honey left but just had to order the watermelon..can not wait to get it. I absolutely love the Honey Bee Balm! I just received my 2nd one and I've bought several as gifts, the recipients love it too! I live in the desert so my lips get really dry and Bee Balm takes good care of them. It has a subtle sweet honey flavor that's pleasant and it lasts for hours, even overnight. It's a great product and the little jars are adorable!
