 Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship internationally to almost every country! We offer free shipping when you spend $35 or more. Otherwise it's $7 flat rate shipping.

Can I cancel, exchange or return an order?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed, unaltered, and unused condition to qualify.

Orders can not be cancelled under any circumstances. You can still receive a full refund through our return process after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mybeebalmco.com. If your return is accepted we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, we do not cover return shipping cost for any order. Returns are shipped at the expense of the customer.
For exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How many applicators come with my order?

Honey and Strawberry Bee Balms include 2 of our signature honey stick applicators. Please note, we provide 2 in case 1 breaks for ANY reason.


What to do if I broke my applicators?

Your Bee Balm should include 2 applicators in case one breaks for any reason. If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (support@mybeebalmco.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.


Do you donate to save the bees?

As of April 2022, Bee Balm has begun making donations towards the Planet Bee Foundation. A portion of profits are donated, which contribute to the education of students/youth nationwide on the importance of bees and their connection to the environment.

Does BEE BALM Membership have a monthly fee?

After your first purchase, you'll be charged $10 a month that becomes $10 in store credit unless you CANCEL or PAUSE your membership. Store credit can be used to shop anytime. 


Do I have to shop every month?

Bee Balm Membership is flexible with no obligation to shop each month. You are free to PAUSE your membership or accumulate your store credit to be used whenever you are ready to shop. 



Can I buy from BEE BALM without a membership?

Want to make a one-time purchase? Simply select “One-time” on the store. Whether you're shopping as a Member or One-time purchase.


When will I be charged the monthly fee?

You will be charged monthly. Your store credit will be updated automatically, and you can use your balance to make purchases right away.


How do I pause or cancel my membership?

You need to go into the “Manage Membership” section of your Bee Balm Membership account. Under your personal information is a button called “CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.” Click this to both cancel or pause your membership. On the first screen, it will ask you if you want to pause instead of cancel.


How long can I pause my membership?

You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. Once you reactivate your membership your card will be charged monthly


Can I checkout with any payment method and still use my store credit?

No, the only checkout option that will NOT let you redeem your store credit is ShopPay.
