Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship internationally to almost every country! We offer free shipping when you spend $35 or more. Otherwise it's $7 flat rate shipping.
Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
Can I cancel, exchange or return an order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed, unaltered, and unused condition to qualify.
Orders can not be cancelled under any circumstances. You can still receive a full refund through our return process after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, we do not cover return shipping cost for any order. Returns are shipped at the expense of the customer.
For exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
How many applicators come with my order?
Honey and Strawberry Bee Balms include 2 of our signature honey stick applicators. Please note, we provide 2 in case 1 breaks for ANY reason.
What to do if I broke my applicators?
Your Bee Balm should include 2 applicators in case one breaks for any reason. If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.
Do you donate to save the bees?
As of April 2022, Bee Balm has begun making donations towards the Planet Bee Foundation. A portion of profits are donated, which contribute to the education of students/youth nationwide on the importance of bees and their connection to the environment.
